These Terms of Service govern the use of DEE Lab, an internal lab, automation hub, and experimental platform within the Kamadeva ecosystem.

1. Overview

DEE Lab is used to host internal experiments, trial applications, workflow automation tools, service integration tests, homelab infrastructure experiments, AI workflow prototypes, dashboards, and verification pages.

DEE Lab is a sister environment of Kamadeva.com and is not intended as a public consumer platform.

2. Authorized Use

Use of DEE Lab tools, dashboards, connectors, workflows, and internal applications is limited to authorized administrators, approved internal users, approved service accounts, and approved technical reviewers when required.

Public pages may be viewed for informational, documentation, or verification purposes only.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use DEE Lab to:

Access systems, tools, workflows, or data without authorization
Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
Misuse internal tools or service connectors
Interfere with the security, reliability, or operation of DEE Lab systems
Use the domain for phishing, malware, spam, deceptive content, or unauthorized data collection
Copy, abuse, or repurpose internal tools without permission
Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party service terms

4. Internal and Experimental Nature

DEE Lab may host experimental, temporary, or proof-of-concept systems. These systems may change, be removed, become unavailable, or be replaced without prior notice.

The presence of a subdomain or page does not guarantee that the related application is publicly available or production-ready.

5. Service Integrations

Some DEE Lab projects may connect to third-party services through approved APIs, OAuth connections, webhooks, or service credentials.

All integrations must be used only within their approved scope and in accordance with the applicable third-party terms.

6. Data Handling

Data processed through DEE Lab is used only for approved internal, technical, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, or operational purposes.

DEE Lab does not sell, rent, or publicly share data processed through its internal systems.

7. Availability

DEE Lab is provided as an internal and experimental environment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent access, or production-level service commitments for all projects hosted under this domain.

8. Security

Authorized users are responsible for keeping credentials, tokens, and access permissions secure. Any suspected unauthorized access, exposed credential, or security issue must be reported to the Kamadeva administrator immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DEE Lab and Kamadeva are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized access, misuse, third-party service changes, workflow errors, experimental systems, or temporary unavailability.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
